1. Shipping Information & Delivery Partners
We know how eagerly you await your home makeover items, so we make sure your packages are dispatched safely from our Varanasi office.
- Our Courier Partners: To get your orders delivered right to your doorstep safely across India, we partner with trusted domestic logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and DTDC.
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 2 to 3 business days.
- Delivery Timeline: Depending on your location (whether you are in a major metro or local towns), standard shipping across India typically takes between 4 to 7 business days.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on eligible orders as updated during checkout. Any standard shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.
2. Order Tracking
Once your furniture, art piece, or decor item is packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Maldahiya, we will share a tracking link via email (info@eronee.com) or SMS so you can check your package’s live journey right up to your doorstep.
3. Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to love what you buy for your space. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we are here to help you sort it out under our straightforward return guidelines:
- Return Window: You can raise a request for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and packed safely in its original packaging along with all tags.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged painting, a broken decor item, or the wrong product, please drop us an email or call us immediately with photos of the package within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a quick replacement or pickup.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item reaches back to our Varanasi address and our team inspects its condition, we will process your refund:
- Prepaid orders are refunded back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5 to 7 business days.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, our team will coordinate with you to transfer the refund directly to your bank account securely.
