Those three cover selling the house you currently own, moving the contents out of it, and arranging the borrowing on the new one, which is a fair description of what a Home Mover Event is built around.

Anwyl will buy your existing house from you, so the chain disappears, no estate agent fee becomes payable, no viewings have to be arranged, and the completion date turns into something you can plan around rather than hope for. Price is what gets given up in return, because a Part Exchange valuation is struck below what the same house would fetch on the open market.
The Key Worker Contribution Is Up To £25,000
Walkers Glade carries a Key Worker Deposit Contribution, up to £25,000 off an Anwyl home, with eligibility checked rather than assumed. It does not get a mention anywhere in the event copy.

Houses here have been priced between roughly £309,995 and £394,995, covering 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms, mostly detached, with a semi detached type holding the bottom of the range. Individual plot releases have come in under that across the year, the 3 bedroom Bunbury having listed around £294,995. The site is the former Ingol Golf and Squash Club, bought by Anwyl in 2024 for 164 homes, 114 of them for private sale.
